Refund & Compensation Policy

• If there is any missing cloth from our side, compensation refunds will be @ ₹150.00 per piece.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verification and approval.
• Customers must report any missing or damaged items at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.
• OFFWASH is not liable for items handed over without a formal order or pickup confirmation.
• All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@offwash.in or by calling our support team.
