- OFFWASH does not guarantee 100% removal of any kind of stains.
- OFFWASH cannot be held responsible for broken buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings, or thread-outs.
- OFFWASH is not liable for delays, loss, or damage due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond control.
- Customers are requested to count and measure their fabrics at the time of pickup and delivery.
- Any exchange or damage must be reported immediately to OFFWASH customer care; delays void responsibility.
- OFFWASH is not responsible for loss or damage of valuables or non-cleanable items left in garments (e.g., money, jewelry).
- Compensation for missing garments is limited to ₹150.00 per piece.
- We strive for timely pickup and delivery at all times.
- OFFWASH is not responsible for garments handed directly to delivery personnel without a formal order.
- If dissatisfied, customers must contact OFFWASH within 24 hours for resolution.
